  1. Right click the downloading file and select bandwidth allocation
  2. Here you can set the download speed High, Normal or Low also you can also set download limit as per your desired download limit

Also you can increase the speed by enable the encryption in BitTorrent:

How to prevent uTorrent download tracking?

Some organization track the uTorrent users download information via uTorrent trackers options. If you want to remove the tracker my delete all trackers by doing following steps:
utorrent remove trackers
  1. Right click the downloading files and select properties
  2. In General Tab Delete all links under Trackers (Separate tiers with an empty line)
  3. Under other setting you must select Enable DHT, Peer Exchange and Local Peer Discovery otherwise you won’t download files.
  4. Click OK to save your settings.
